Akad / Agreement for Qurban

I hereby, or a representative to the participants, agreed to buy Qurban by Bai' As-Salam and consent to entrust MyFundAction to perform the Qurban as a wakalah agreement in 1446H because of Allah Ta'ala.

Saya, atau wakil kepada peserta, bersetuju untuk membeli haiwan Qurban secara Bai' As-Salam dan menyerahkan pelaksanaannya kepada pengurusan program MyFundaction sebagai akad wakalah pada tahun 1446H kerana Allah Ta'ala.
